01 Ownership of Content

All content published by Magepunk Games — including but not limited to game titles, characters, artwork, concept art, logos, names, storylines, game mechanics, music, sound design, UI/UX design, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Magepunk Games, registered in Istanbul, Turkey.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Magepunk Games content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

02 Trademarks & Brand Identity

The following are trademarks of Magepunk Games and may not be used without written permission:

• Magepunk Games™ — Studio name and brand
• DAOM™ — Game title and associated branding
• Penguin Heist™ — Game title and associated branding
• The Magepunk Games logo, wordmark, and visual identity system

You may not register domain names, social media accounts, or any other online presence using our trademarks or names confusingly similar to them.

03 Games & Intellectual Property

Our games — including their mechanics, narratives, visual design, and characters — represent years of original creative work. We take IP protection seriously.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Replicating core gameplay mechanics unique to our titles
• Reproducing character designs, names, or visual identities
• Using our game assets (sprites, models, audio, UI elements) in other projects
• Publishing unauthorized ports, clones, or derivative games

04 Fan Content Policy

We love our community. Fan art, fan videos, fan fiction, and non-commercial creative projects inspired by our games are welcome, as long as they follow these guidelines:

• Clearly state your work is fan-made and not affiliated with Magepunk Games
• Do not use our trademarks, logos, or assets without modification
• Do not monetize fan content without our written approval
• Do not create content that misrepresents our games or studio
• Do not create content that is defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit

We reserve the right to request removal of any fan content that we believe misrepresents our brand or violates these guidelines.

05 Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Commercial exploitation of any Magepunk Games IP without a signed license agreement
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our games or software
• Creating competing products that are substantially similar to our games
• Using our brand in advertising or promotional materials
• Impersonating Magepunk Games on social media or other platforms
• Distributing modified or cracked versions of our games
• Using our assets in AI training datasets or generative AI systems

06 DMCA & Infringement Reports

If you believe your work has been used without permission, or if you wish to report unauthorized use of Magepunk Games content, please contact us with the following information:

• Your full name and contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• URL or location of the infringing content
• A statement of good faith and accuracy

We take all infringement reports seriously and will respond within 10 business days.

07 Privacy & Data

Magepunk Games respects your privacy. When you use our website or sign up for updates, we collect only the information necessary to serve you.

• Email addresses collected via our newsletter are used solely for game updates and studio announcements. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• Analytics data is collected via Google Analytics to help us improve our website. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Contact form submissions are processed via Formspree and are used only to respond to your inquiry.
